The screening process begins when we have a candidate apply for a position. We interview all of our potential candidates either personally or via telephone/Skype/FaceTime to ensure that they have all the necessary requirements and documents before placing them with any clients. We ensure that they are fully complaint and meet the requirements of the CQC. Their experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, previous work history & references are thoroughly assessed.

Only when we are satisfied that they will suit your practice do we introduce them to you. We never disclose details of the practice until the candidates are called for interview.

We work on a "no placement no fee basis"

LOCUM POSITIONS:

We all know that on occasions extra staff may be required to cover illness, holidays or Maternity cover. We supply all dental professionals from the odd occasional day to a long term locum position.

All of our Dental Care Professional candidates are GDC registered, will have a current DBS, Professional Indemnity and Hep B immunisation and references.

CANDIDATES:

PERMANENT & LOCUM CANDIDATES

In order to be able to help you gain your ideal position you will need the following:

Locum Dentist- You must be GDC registered, and in most cases (unless a private only locum post), you will need an active NHS/pct Performer Number and preferably 2 years UK experience. You will need a current DBS, Professional Indemnity and Hep B cover status and be able to provide 2 references ( one has to be an up to date / most recent professional reference and the other reference must be from someone who has known you personally more than 3 years.

Locum hygienist -You must be GDC registered, you will need preferably 2 years UK experience. You will need a current DBS, Professional Indemnity and Hep B cover status and be able to provide 2 references ( one has to be an up to date / most recent professional reference and the other reference must be from someone who has known you personally more than 3 years

Locum Dental Nurse - You will need to be GDC registered with at least 1 years UK experience. You will need a current DBS, Professional Indemnity, Hep B cover status and be able to provide 2 references ( one has to be an up to date / most recent professional reference and the other reference must be from someone who has known you personally more than 3 years
